District 9 is located right at the entrance to the city by the Oakland-Bay bridge. Home to AT&T Park and the Giants, as well as Yerba Buena and Chase Center, this is the district where all the exciting action and events happen. Additionally, there is the SFMOMA as well as a few tech companies.

Bernal Heights is an extremely family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parks to walk around and has a mix of condos and other housing.
