100% Kent ... Many of the other clients here have mentioned his knowledge of the market, patience, dedication to his clients, and work ethic. We couldn't agree more with those sentiments. (As first-time home buyers, we almost couldn't believe that he also read a 459-page (!) disclosure on a property and then answered our many questions with alacrity and insight - we knew we were in excellent hands!)
To join in with other client reviews that have commented on his strategic mind: this is where we thought he really shined! It was one thing to see properties with him and review disclosures and home inspections, but when we asked him 'how do we get this house?' he already had a strategy for us. It was well-informed by his experience as both a buyer's and seller's agent, thorough research, and attention to our financials. Although the SF market is so competitive (as you know), his strategy was designed to get us the winning offer at the best price. It was fun to discuss and then put his strategy into play - and it worked!
After landing the deal, we talked to friends in and out of the Bay Area about their home-buying experience. It was surprising to hear of the varying levels of attention and expertise our friends received from their realtors and it just made us appreciate Kent even more!
