Southwest Alameda is the south of Oakland, and the Tri-Valley refers to the 3 valleys in the East Bay which are Amador Valley, San Ramon Valley, and Livermore Valley. The Tri-Valley is made up of Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, and Livermore.
