District 10 is located on the Southeastern tip of San Francisco and borders much of the bay. It is home to the Bayview Opera House as well as numerous parks along the bay. There are not as many restaurants and entertainment options compared to other districts located within the heart of the city, but they are a short drive away.

Due to the quieter and slower pace as opposed to the city, this is a perfect location for families or those who want a different vibe but still want to live close to the city. According to Niche, public schools are slightly above average.
