The real estate market continues to slow and cool, as demand and inventory continue to change along with other indicators like mortgage rates and stock markets. Prices compared to last year are down an average of 38% compared to last year, however are still over-asking prices. However, it is clear in some areas that it is slowly shifting to a buyer's market.
