I believe a great service in general involves in many stages, such as pre-service/service/post-service. Kent was very knowledgeable on setting up all necessary docs before making any offer. He always got there early before each house tour and when actually making an offer on the house I liked. He always paused there to help me understanding risk and potential or maybe any concern I had. One last thing is the post-service, Kent is always responsive/patient to my message and answer the question with his best knowledge even after a year.
